Contre Nature

Still, because winter is a walk military, I will succumb to the authority cold.
Crunching twigs, under the iron of your dirty boots, to my heart without joy.
I will go with
The gray of the long guns, the mornings chilly hunters go-to-war.

In the dull snow, I will be the unsaid, under your steps, to you like these stiff grasses,
will remain my whitened body and my fear without voice, my nebulous Andromeda youth.
I will give up my life at the fallow, in diaphanous mist on the fields of plowing,
like the ice on your heart of stone. The sentinel waiting for your return. I will stay in the furrow your laughter,
my clay lips smeared with cracks, will keep our spring waxes silent, in the soil of the roots, future promises.
By benevolence to sleep will I have betrayed, rage, fervor and innocence, my sap. In these dark days my battle,
here it is: Oblivion sharpens the edge of my sword. Because darkness is always ephemeral,
as it is in the sky of suns without splinters, the still love is always in my flesh and death around the frost on my fingers.

Naiades Nereides

The images immerse us in the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean sea
were photographer uses natural light to draw a canvas of sumptuous
flouting bodies. The study took 4 years of research and were gathered
in a coffee table book and print signed by the artist.
The launching of the edition was followed by an exhibition
at the espace JORG BROCKMANN the same year.

CROSSROADS & TRANSITIONS

The book Crossroads and Transition from French photographer Michel Sedan
include more than 200 images captured around the globe in more than 4 years,
from his natal Provence to the favelas of Cape Town and the French Alps and Greece,

Rivers, animals, shores, passengers, the speed of life
those paused moments as a contemplative dance of the metamorphosis of being.

BUSCA VIDA

It’s a beach near Salvador de Bahia, a beach like many others in Brazil.
I do not know who named it as such "Busca Vida", but if I translate it means
"Seeking life" is perhaps what so many, people do when trying to understand life ...

MADELEINE VIONNET
THE ART OF HIGH FASHION: MADELEINE VIONNET

A tribute to Madeleine Vionnet, disappeared almost a century ago, a personality, little known
by the public but venerated by her peers. She lived a period full of contradictions, two world conflicts,
from one side the avantgardes that shook up the world of the arts and from the other fashion revolution
in which she actively participated. Pioneer at the social level, elitist like many creators of the ‘Années Folles’.

In collaboration with the Museum of Marseilles and the International Institute of Fashion
